		<description>Obviously these cards are leftover from a time when people who were deaf, blind and handicapped were usually &#039;thrown away&#039;, metaphorically of course.  Like the blind man selling pencils outside the train station.  Obviously in today&#039;s society there are a plethora of opportunities for the differently abled and wonder like the poster above, might be a scam perpetrated by criminal elements.</description>
